Users participate in our service at their own risk and in doing so will not hold PoolsByRound LLC responsible for any problems that may arise due to it's use. There is no warranty or guarantee that our site will operate continuously or without problems.

In no event shall PoolsByRound LLC be liable for lost income or profits or any damages arising out of or in connection with poolsbyround.com.

PoolsByRound does not approve or support gambling and does not collect cash or prizes based on the results of pools on our site. The intended use of this site is for entertainment or educational purposes only.

When signing up, each player's email address may be added to our pool invitation list and may receive email invitations to new pools. Players may unsubscribe on their account page or by clicking an unsubscribe link in the invitation email.

PoolsByRound retains the right to remove any user from our web site, or any message from our league message boards, at any time, for any reason, without notice. Offensive player or league names are disqualified on the home page leaderboards.

Every effort will be made to update game results and standings in a timely fashion, but there is no guarantee when updates will be made. Typically game results and standings will be updated automatically within 10 minutes of game completion.
