If you participate in a private league, besides your public player name, we do not reveal any of your personal information to other members of your league or pool. One exception: your email address is available to your league commissioner so he/she can contact you individually, if needed.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request that poolsbyround.com deletes your personal data. To do so, send an email to play@poolsbyround.com from your email address registered at poolsbyround.com and request that your personal data be removed from our site. Once we verify your request, your personal data will be removed within 3 days.
